(1) The following Film Development Board shall be formed for the development and promotion of Motion Pictures: (a) A Person nominated by Government of Nepal Chairperson
(b) Representative, Ministry Member
(c) Representative, Ministry of Finance Member
(d) ………………..
(e) ……………………
(f) Three persons nominated by the Ministry from amongst the concerned persons with motion picture sector Member
(g) Under-Secretary of the Ministry Member- Secretary
(2) The tenure of the member nominated pursuant to Sub-rule (1) shall be Two years.
(2a) Notwithstanding anything contained in Sub-rule (2), if the function of the member is not found satisfartisty, Government of Nepal may remove such member any time.
(3) The Board may invite an expert in the field of motion picture in the meeting of the Board
